The remaining 3556 will be generated from the breeding process only. The breeding process consists in hodling 2 Genesis in the same wallet and burn 600 $SEED token.

A Baby Birdez NFT acts as membership to The Nest Egg DAO. The Nest Egg DAO has the goal to acquires NFTs voted on by it's members through proposals and yields fractionalized ownership and utility benefits to all members for the bought NFTs.
The goal of this DAO is to give to The Nest DAO baby birdez access to other NFTs project that alone they couldnt afforded to acquire and give them a fractionalized ownership of NFTs held in the DAO's community caveau.

Only Hodler with at least 2 Genesis Birdez will be able to mint a max of 4 Baby Birdez per Wallet.

The public sale will NOT happened.
If some Baby Birdez will be left on the nest, will be available only for breeding owning 2 Genesis and burning 600 $SEED every time.

The reason we decided to mint the first 1444 was to give the possibility to our Genesis Hodler to have the first Babies Birdez without burning the $SEED token and without wait to earn that so that hodlers can start to begin part of The Nest Egg DAO immediately.The other reason for that was to immediately allocate funds to the DAO Community Caveau.
Infact, 40% of all alpha-mint sales will be allocated to the DAO’s community Caveau for NFT acquisition as voted by DAO members.
The remaining 60% will be allocated to the marketing and engineering fund. These funds will be used to acquire influencers, marketing, collabs and to expand our team for the next step of the roadmap. The main goal is to drive more visibility and awareness of Birdez Gang worldwide. And any type of proposal are presented to the DAO by the team.

secondary market royalties of baby birdez collection
40% of all secondary market royalties of Baby Birdez Collection will be deposited into The Nest DAO Caveau, forever. The remaining 60% will be distributed to the all the team fund to expand the growth and awareness of the project.
How will discrepancies and governance be handled?
After the Alpha Mint, the DAO will have full control and decision over any discrepancies and project direction not mentioned here.
